     Sadly, this is the level “trolling” has sunken to. People associate any sort of reverse psychology or little white lie as trolling.

     Trolling in itself requires a more elaborate setup to be an effective bait-and-switch, and therefore elicit a reaction. Knowingly doing stupid things is NOT trolling.
