Y U NO work in real life?
It could work IRL, if you lowered the temperature of the wire enough it would become superconducting and the electric charge would meet no resistance and could continue to flow indefinitely in the loop of wire, however if you were to add any ohmic or non-ohmic resistor into the circuit (such as a light-bulb) the electric current would be lost so you wouldn’t get any use out of it.

If the whole circuitry had no impedance at all, this would work.
Of course this would infinitely conserve energy, not infinitely produce it.

i had this same idea only you plug a laptop charger into itself using a computer charger at the end instead of a wall charger.
