I copied this into Gimp. Then I sharpened it and zoomed it. It actually has a very good way to troll, but the text is surrounded by lines and dots. 1. Find a source of information that isn’t easily deciphered and/or hard to access. 2.Then, translate/decipher it. 3. Replace all information impossible to access with gibberish, jokes, or trolls (if you can’t access it at all, make something up). Distribute the result to the public.
